What is Day-Of Coordination?

If you are like myself, you have planned everything about the wedding from top to bottom. The problem is, you cannot be the star and run the show at the same time. Your most reliable person is probably in your wedding party. Things do not always go according to plan, and you do not want to be bothered with the caterer running our of the fish dinner while you are taking hundreds of photos with your guests. Or someone misplaced their boutonniere or bouquet, so everyone is scrambling to find it so the ceremony can begin.
